Mumm Cordon Rouge N/V - Named after the distinct red ribbon of France highest civilian honour, Legion d’Honneur, this full-bodied champagne features a fresh and bold taste and fruity aroma. There is a touch of sweetness and the finish is clean, dry and definitely memorable.
Gallagher Duets Pinot Noir/Chardonnay - This flavourful wine is one of our very own crafted in the Canberra Region. Its pale lemon colour and mixed honeysuck and citrus aroma perfectly illustrate its well-balanced depth of grapefruit and apple flavours.
De Beaurepaire La Comtesse Chardonnay - This rich and complex wine has an elegant aroma of stone fruit, white peach and melon. It is paired best with raw shellfish and fatty fish along with flavourful vegetable dishes available in our Spring/Summer menu.
Argento Classic Malbec 2017 - Crafted in Mendoza, Argentina, deep purple wine features a concentrated aroma of plums, black cherries and notes of violet. Its juicy flavours of plum and blackberry, with a touch of chocolate and vanilla from oak aging, will lead into a long lingering finish with ripe velvety tannins.
Mt Majura Shiraz 2016 - From the emerging wine region of the Canberra district, this full-bodied red wine is made from cool-climate shiraz and packed with spicy aromatics from pepper and bay leaf to marzipan and violets.
